Ø Overview & Key Capabilities

The double-layer shredding system features a dual-stage vertical arrangement designed for high-strength, hard-to-shred materials:

Ø First Stage (Primary Reduction): Powered by twin independent electric motors and reduction gearboxes, counter-rotating shafts with heavy-duty helical gear cutters perform initial cutting and tearing. Output is directed into an intermediate hopper.

Ø Second Stage (Secondary Refinement): Replicating the dual-motor gearbox setup of the first stage, the secondary cutters further shear and reduce the material to exact particle size targets.

Ø Performance Advantage: Specialized cutter geometry and a two-tier cut cycle deliver significantly higher efficiency than single-stage shredders. It is specifically built to handle resilient feeds such as steel cartridges, alloy components, and elastic GMCS-coated cartridge cases.
